The Glass-Gleam Skin Facial: If your skin is feeling dehydrated, tight and dry, this is the facial for you. In 30 minutes, you will have glowing, soothed-feeling skin that's drenched in hydration!

The Brighten + Smooth Oxy-Revival Facial: Tired of dull, lifeless-looking skin? This is the facial for you! In 30 minutes, your skin will look smoother, brighter and clarified!

The Lift, Firm + Snatch Facial: If it's time to lift those cheekbones off the floor, this is for you! The perfect event-prep facial, in 45 minutes you'll have lifted, sculpted looking skin.

The Ultimate Magic Facial: Darling, this is for the one who deserves it all! This facial offers the ultimate relaxation experience, and in 70 minutes you will have fully revived, younger-looking skin!

No, darling! You can't receive a facial if you have had Botox or filler in the two weeks leading up to your appointment. Please book for after the fortnight has passed.

If any of the following are TRUE, you CANNOT receive a Charlotte's Skin Spa facial:

• I have had Botox or filler in the last 2 weeks
• I have a heart condition
• I have a metal pacemaker
• I have a skin disorder (e.g. Redness, Rosacea, etc.)
• I have metal implants in my face / neck
• I have had facial surgery in the last 6 months
• I have facial or lymphatic cancer
• I am in the first trimester of a pregnancy (Please note: we do not recommend facials for people in the first 12 weeks of their pregnancy. For those later in pregnancy or breastfeeding, any products containing retinol will be replaced)
• I have diabetes
• I have hypersensitive skin
• I have used medications prescribed for my skin in the last 8 weeks e.g. Roaccutane
• I have used topical treatments which have changed the sensitivity of my skin in the last 8 weeks e.g. retinol, acid peels.

Darling, consistency is my secret to a long-lasting glow! There is no limit to how many facials you can have, but I recommend every 4 to 6 weeks to align with your skin's natural renewal cycle!

When you arrive for your facial, your Skin Specialist will give you a quick consultation, which will help them understand your skin wishes and identify any products that may not be right for you and swap products as needed.

Darling, you must be 18 or over to receive a Charlotte’s Skin Spa facial.

Comfortable clothing, darling, that allows access to your arms and décolletage for your relaxing hand and arm massage! I ask that you wear minimal to no makeup, so that your Skincare Specialist can focus on getting you those glowing results!

After your facial, you will be offered a complimentary complexion booster! Completely optional, your Skin Specialist will apply your choice of my award-winning complexion-perfectors, including foundation and concealer, so you leave feeling ready for anything! This will only add an additional 10-15 minutes to your original facial time, darling!

I know how busy you are, darling, so none of my facials require any downtime! Your Skin Specialist will answer any questions you have and talk you through facial aftercare, including bespoke skincare recommendations based on your skin needs and wishes!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment, darling! Facials last 30 to 70 minutes, depending on your chosen treatment. The optional complexion booster will add an additional 10-15 minutes to your original appointment time. And don’t forget – you'll be surrounded by my award-winning skincare, so you may want to leave a little time to explore!

Darling, nothing compares to The Ultimate Magic Facial! This indulgent experience is for those that want it all, and takes place in the most blissful private room so that you can truly unwind, relax and drift away into my magic skincare universe! The facial lasts 70 minutes and includes additional glow-boosting steps you won’t find in my other treatments, to give you the skin of your dreams! It’s an experience that will leave you looking and feeling transformed, and the best version of yourself!
